Introducing Our Community Gifts Co-Chairs
We are excited to announce that our capital campaign is entering an important new chapter: the Community Gifts Phase. This stage focuses on rallying the collective support of our community to reach a goal of raising $1 million through community engagement and crowdfunding.
Guided by our dedicated Community Gifts Co-Chairs and staff, this phase is about coming together as One Community • One Heart to transform CRC’s campus into a space that reflects the care, dignity, and hope we strive to provide for every neighbor in need. Every gift brings us closer to this shared vision. Our Community Gifts Committee of volunteers will work to engage new supporters and inspire generosity, ensuring we meet our capital campaign goal and create lasting change for our community.
Meet Our Community Gifts Co-Chairs
We are proud to introduce the compassionate team leading our Community Gifts Committee:
Katrina Dodson and Randy Reed
Katrina Dodson is a longtime CRC volunteer (contributing over 1,000 hours and counting!) and local realtor. She served on our Board of Directors for six years and has recently rejoined, bringing her invaluable insight and leadership. Her husband, Randy, brings financial expertise and a commitment to service, as a dedicated advocate for CRC’s mission and a stronger community.
“We are excited to see how our new buildings will transform our service commitment to our community. The added space for both our participants and our dedicated employees is sure to increase engagement and help more of our neighbors.”

Pamela and Lydell share a vision for a stronger community and a belief in CRC’s mission to transform lives. Lydell, a current CRC board member and local realtor, shares a deep commitment to serving our community. Pamela brings her expertise as an HR consultant, recruiter, and advocate for positive change.
“We are honored to co-chair this committee, as CRC’s services are so valuable to our community. The new facility will bring improved functionality and a beautiful setting for our clients, supporting our mission to provide these much-needed services to the community with dignity.“
